Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, odours, damage, or any other indication of use will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photographs of the issue to assist with our assessment.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Products made to a customer's specific requirements
• Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

EXCHANGES

If you require a different size, colour, or product, the quickest way to receive it is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at sales@savagewolfathletics.co.uk.
